About DCA

Mission Statement
​

DCA engages the domestic oil community through local events benefiting partner charities of passionate endeavors.

Purpose

DCA, Inc., DBA Dallas-Fort Worth Crude Oil Association, is a Texas nonprofit corporation and a federally recognized 501 (C) (3) tax exempt entity operating exclusively for charitable purposes. DCA is operated to organize and sponsor fund-raising events for donations to its selected partner charities. These donations will be thoughtfully placed through independent research and due diligence.

​HopeKids North Texas provides ongoing events, activities and a powerful, unique support community for families who have a child with cancer or some other life-­threatening medical condition. HopeKids surrounds these remarkable children and their families with the message that hope is a powerful medicine.
The Carl McCain Foundation provides funds for medical treatment or funds to assist with expenses incurred due to significant financial hardship caused by medical conditions for individuals in the oil and gas industry.

Board Members

​The Dallas-Fort Worth Crude Oil Association was formed by industry professionals of the domestic crude oil business. These Directors have a common desire to effect betterment through meaningful charitable donations in both the local community and the oil community at large.

Zach DiCarlo
Zach is a Crude Oil Purchaser with Plains Marketing, L.P. He has held that role for over ten years in their Dallas office. Zach also serves on the board of directors for HopeKids North Texas.

Austen Stevens
​Austen is currently a Sr. Marketing Manager for Pioneer Natural Resources. Austen has had similar roles at DoublePoint Energy, XTO Energy, and BOPCO. He has a B.B.A. from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from The University of North Texas.

​To'Saundrea Taylor-Ehrlich
​To'Saundrea is an Oil & Gas Marketer with over 18+ years in the industry. Her background includes working at Newfield Exploration Company in various Marketing roles for over 13 years, and currently at Marathon Oil Company as their Advanced Gas Marketing Rep.  To'Saundrea holds a B.B.A. from The University of Houston-Downtown. She has also served on the Businesswomen in Petroleum (BIP) committee.

Richard Ramsey
Richard is the Vice President of Finance at CH4 Energy 6, LLC based in Ft. Worth, TX. Before CH4 he served as Senior Market Analyst at Concho Resources coming from his role as marketer and landman for RSP Permian in their sale to Concho, Richard holds a B.S. from the University of Texas, a J.D. from the University of Houston, and an MBA from the Acton School of Business. ​

Rae Hagen
​Rae is based in DFW and is Head of Customer Success & Support at Gro Intelligence providing data analytics and market research to the Ag commodity industry. Prior to joining Gro, Rae was the Vice President of Client Relations at Kpler and was also in various roles at Schlumberger, ENI, and BG Group. She has a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas Tech University.

Stephanie Hamblen
​Stephanie is a Crude Oil Marketer with Cima Energy, LP., a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation based in Houston. Stephanie has similar experience in Marketing and Business Development roles with American Midstream and Saybolt International, and holds a B.S. from Texas A&M University. Stephanie enjoys being part of the DCA organization and seeing the impact that our industry has on the community.

Alison Vanderhoef
Alison is in crude oil supply and trading for ARB Midstream. She is head of communications for DCA, and has volunteered for DCA for the last 3 years.

Chris Watts
Chris joined Medallion Midstream in 2013, and is the Vice President of Commercial Services at Medallion in the Dallas office.  Chris has been in the energy industry for 30 years, most of which has been in sales/business development roles, and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi.  He joined the board in 2021 and coordinates our annual clay shoot.

Fred Adamany
Fred is currently Manager, Crude Supply & Feedstocks at Calumet Refining.  He joined the board in 2021 and has previously served on the CASA board.  Fred leads the sponsorship drive for DCA.

Aaron Shields
Aaron is the Vice President of Marketing & Midstream at Firebird Energy in Fort Worth.  He has two decades of experience in the oil and gas production and midstream industries, including time with MorningStar Partners, XTO Energy, BOPCO, Southern Union Gas Services, and Medallion Midstream.
