DCA engages the domestic oil community through local events benefiting partner charities of passionate endeavors.

Purpose |
DCA, Inc., DBA Dallas-Fort Worth Crude Oil Association, is a Texas nonprofit corporation and a federally recognized 501 (C) (3) tax exempt entity operating exclusively for charitable purposes. DCA is operated to organize and sponsor fund-raising events for donations to its selected partner charities. These donations will be thoughtfully placed through independent research and due diligence.

HopeKids North Texas provides ongoing events, activities and a powerful, unique support community for families who have a child with cancer or some other life-threatening medical condition. HopeKids surrounds these remarkable children and their families with the message that hope is a powerful medicine.
The Carl McCain Foundation provides funds for medical treatment or funds to assist with expenses incurred due to significant financial hardship caused by medical conditions for individuals in the oil and gas industry.

Board Members
The Dallas-Fort Worth Crude Oil Association was formed by industry professionals of the domestic crude oil business. These Directors have a common desire to effect betterment through meaningful charitable donations in both the local community and the oil community at large.
Zach DiCarlo
Zach is Vice President of the ArkLaTex Division at MidCon Gathering, LLC. He has been in the industry over 16 years. Zach served on the board of directors for HopeKids North Texas from 2020-2022. 
JonRoss Roark
JonRoss works in Business Development for Plains Marketing, where he has had several roles since 2017. JonRoss holds a BBA from Texas Tech University. 
Rae Hagen
Rae is the owner and manager of a Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm in the DFW area. Prior to founding her own company, she was the Head of Customer Success and Support at Gro Intelligence. She’s also held various VP and leadership roles at Kpler, ClipperData, ENI, BG Group and Schlumberger. In addition, she is also serves on the board of directors for HopeKids North Texas. 
Meredith Andrews
Meredith is the Manager, Commercial Services at Medallion Midstream. She has had similar roles at Enterprise Products. She holds a BBA from TCU and MBA from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. 
Brandi Chrisenberry
Brandi Chrisenberry was raised in the oil industry and built her career across multiple facets of crude marketing and logistics. She earned a BBA in Marketing from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and spent over a decade with industry majors, gaining experience in crude purchasing, transportation, refinery supply, contracts, and customer service. She joined Truth Resources in 2014 and, alongside partner Ryan Ferrell, purchased the company in 2018, where she now helps lead with a strong focus on transparency, trust, and long-term relationships. Based in Montgomery, Texas, Brandi is deeply committed to her faith, family, service in the oil industry, fun entrepreneurial ventures, farming, food, and community leadership rooted in Montgomery County. |
Fred Adamany
Fred is currently Manager, Crude Supply & Feedstocks at Calumet Refining. He joined the board in 2021 and has previously served on the CASA board. Fred leads the sponsorship drive for DCA. 
Morgan Kubala
Morgan is currently a Commercial Representative at EnLink Midstream and has over 15 years' experience in the industry. She holds a B.A. from Baylor University and an MBA from the University of Tulsa. Morgan joined the DCA board in 2024 and is on the golf committee. 
Sarah Haas
Sarah is the Senior Manager of Crude Supply at Truth Resources, L.P. She previously held similar roles with nearly a decade at Energy Transfer (formerly Sunoco Logistics). She double majored with a B.S. from Texas A&M. She actively contributed to the industry through her involvement on the committee for Houston’s Businesswomen in Petroleum (BIP) organization and joined the DCA board in 2024 as a part of the communications team. Happy to help and here for all questions. 
Charlotte Youngquist
Charlotte is a recently retired Executive Director of Strategic Sourcing, with 20 years experience at NuStar Energy and Valero. She has previously been a board member of GSSWTX (Girl Scouts Southwest Texas), Make A Wish Central & S Texas, and president of ISM (Institute for Supply Management) San Antonio and lifetime member. Charlotte currently is a participant of N TX Women’s Energy Network and enjoys volunteering for DCA events. 
John Buchanan Jr.
John is a Crude Marketer at Plains Marketing. He's worked similar marketing roles as well as fuel trading at Southwest Airlines, Murex, and Bachus Capital. John holds a BBA from SMU Cox. 
Garrett Smith
Garrett is currently Director of Marketing at Silver Hill Energy Partners, LLC. He previously held similar roles with Permian Resources, Earthstone Energy and Fleur de Lis Energy, and has over 12 years' experience in the industry. He holds a B.S. degree from Oklahoma State University. Garrett joined the DCA board in 2025 and is on the golf committee. |
